“Finestatico” is a brilliantly crafted masterpiece in which the fragility and passion of humanity are moulded into a musical and lyrical concept about a man’s vision facing his artistic creations. This vision is then compared to a journey across the Universe as a metaphor for his innermost recesses. From the musical point of view, they start with “Cromagia” the essence of which provides us with a more direct and metal production (thanks to Domination Studio sound), alternating and merging Metal, opera, progressive and gothic sounds, without forgetting the decadent theatricality that is part of their essence since their early days.

I never cared about symphonic metal at all. I do very much care about folk as well as progressive metal, and so I couldn't resist after reading the third exceptional AMG review for Wilderun in a row. 'Sleep...' has been on my radar for quite some time, being graced by one of the most beckoning cover arts I have ever seen. The band more than lives up to its reputation, composing great musical pieces from start to finish. I absolutely love the multitude of influences being put together here.
